The Building and Maintenance Packages we offer range from Platinum to Bronze dependant on the size and needs of the business and are designed, if long term maintenance is required, to help clients save money and provide reassurance Beaver Maintenance is at hand to help. For example, a Platinum Package would suit a large company, requiring bespoke construction and refurbishment and an ongoing support package. A Bronze Package example would be 24 hour assistance to site managers / caretakers at school sites and commercial businesses.

Platinum Package

Gold Package
- 2 hour response time with either an approved tradesman or surveyor
- Review of current status of property log
- 1 / 3 / 5 year maintenance programme review or report and development plan
- Statutory checks for fire systems, water, electricity and help with compliance regulations,
- 6 monthly review to help / plan forward project planning
- Help with property log compliance, risk assessments to comply with OFSTED guidelines / best practice
- Pre-project planning to ensure smooth progress and time compliance for holiday projects
- Review to enhance environmental use of water, power, heating etc
- Health & Safety premises review
- 24 hour helpline for site managers / caretakers
Silver Package
- 4 hour response time with either an approved tradesman or surveyor
- Help with project design, programming
- Help with property log compliance
- Review of property maintenance programmes for 12 months
- Help with planning holiday works
- Help with risk assessments
- Review of environmental compliance and cost saving innovations
- Help with resolving issues raised by OFSTED report relating to site / property
- 24 hour helpline for site managers / caretakers
Bronze Package
