Those school Academies that have been brave enough to opt out of the current system still have responsibility to maintain a premises log, Health & Safety and the fabric of their premises.

Those school Academies that have dealt with us over the last 30 years are aware that we are sympathetic to school operational needs; the need to enforce Health & Safety requirements to protect pupils and staff alike and to achieve the required outcome / completion with minimal disruption to the schools normal day to day operation.
Staff are re-tested, qualified or undertake a higher level of training every year to either have higher skill levels or to reinforce their existing skill matrix. Beaver Maintenance Ltd has a 30 year in-depth knowledge of most, if not all, the schools or places of learning in Bristol – which are mainly 1950’ & 60’s build.
Those properties who are in the throes of considering Academy status, will have the comfort of knowing the fabric of their school is covered to comply with the property log and satisfy the Local Authority on this aspect. Remember, the property will remain your responsibility under an Academy status and the compliance of aspects of the property log must be kept up to date at all times.
