Building and maintenance work for larger organisations, have ranged from refurbishments in the office districts of Bristol, to maintenance packages provided to schools, supermarkets and businesses. We also carry out regular improvements and alterations to individuals, which include disabled adaptations to houses, public access areas, kitchen and bathroom alterations and complete residential property overhauls.
Beaver Maintenance provides a range of standard service packages, which provide maintenance and call out cover at a time our clients need it most. Advice and consultation on all projects and working closely with the client helps us to provide the most cost effective and best quality outcome for our client’s needs.
We endeavour to identify potential problems prior to it becoming a problem by pre-planning, progression planning and labour planning, but when a problem is discovered it is resolved normally at that point - this allows the project to progress and prevents further costs to all parties.
